High season price is $1600 per week. Discounted prices are indicated on the calendars. Following the link called "Reserve" will bring you to our on-line reservation system. By completing the reservation, your credit card will be billed for a $500 deposit and the week(s) you select will be removed from the schedule. This will hold your reservation for 3 weeks. A lease application will be sent to you immediately. If the application and a check for the balance of the 50% deposit ($500 + $300=$800, 1/2 of $1600) are received before the end of the 3 week period, the reservation will be confirmed. If not, your $500 deposit will be refunded and the rental will become available again. The remaining 50% of your rental fee, a non-refundable $125 cleaning fee and a damage deposit of $300 are due 30 days before your rental begins. The damage deposit will be mailed back to you within two weeks of the end of your rental. You may also call 310-374-0969 to make a reservation.

The fall, winter and spring leading up to Summer 2008 have been tremendously productive at the house. It started with a 5 foot wide, recessed, curved red brick path leading up to the front door. A colonial lamp and lamp post were installed to help light the way from the driveway to the front door.
- A porcelin tile floor was installed to replace the vinyl in the kitchen.
- A brand new washing machine was installed in the basement.
- Both bathrooms have been completely renovated.
- Ceiling exhaust fans have been installed in both bathrooms.
- A deck extension that doubles the deck space has been added to the back deck.
- All the exterior trim has been painted.
- A brand new, 4 burner gas barbecue with a side burner has replaced our older model.
